Scott Brogi began his career in corporate banking with Chase Manhattan in New York learning credit analysis and ultimately leading bank credit departments, before moving out west to go to school and work in investment banking with Houlihan Lokey focused on valuation and mergers and acquisitions.

He was recruited out of banking by a CEO who wanted to raise capital for a healthcare startup, they raised several million in venture capital to start the business and Scott had been converted to entrepreneurship.

Over the past 20 years he has been the CFO of a number of companies including several public companies, managing public company financial reporting, planning and fundraising with over $100 million of capital raised and investor relations which increased market capitalization by more than 10 times.
