Katie has been immersed in the dental industry her entire life. She grew up in her father’s dental practice, which later became her brother’s, and was fortunate to manage the practice for both. After studying business and earning a degree in psychology, Katie worked in several dental practices before becoming a Territory Manager for two of the largest dental distributors in the country.

Her first-hand knowledge of dental practice challenges and struggles, combined with a desire to bring renewed energy, naturally led Katie to coaching. She has customized business plans and coaching programs for many practices across the country and loves nothing more than to see them succeed. She strives to help dentists and their teams be the best they can be while perfecting the patient experience.

Katie resides in upstate New York with her husband and two sons. She enjoys boating on Lake George, traveling with her family and taking walks with her two dogs.
