Over the years, we've talked through many ways to price our training programs. Our goal is to make the information we teach accessible to as many dental teams as possible and ensure that the skills serve you for the life of your practice.
We want you to invest in skills you can use for the life of your practice. We teach you once and you receive value for years to come. That's the business model we stick to.
While our mission is to deliver training that will create lifetime value in your practice, we don't want it to take a lifetime to pay for. So, we aim to price our services so they pay for themselves within 60 days.
If you're not seeing desired results, talk to your coach as soon as possible. We want to know about any issues right away so we can course-correct and avoid any prolonged period of low performance.
With almost all of our clients, there's an urge to make tweaks and adjustments to our training. Creativity strikes and teams begin to deviate from the plan that we lay out.
While creativity and experimentation can be valuable, remember that the farther you deviate from our training, the less we can predict results. If you're not experiencing the results you want, it's usually best to come back to the basics and try to follow the training as closely as you can.
Step #3: Do Only One Thing at a Time
We are always blown away by the drive and hard work of our practice owners. Often it's this very tenacity that gets in the way of progress. Practice owners take on too much and implementation slows.
If you find yourself with less-than-ideal results, it's time to narrow your focus. Choose the most important project and see it through to completion before you take on anything else. Remember that small, consistent steps create results.
We offer a variety of training for dental practices. From in-office team training to executive retreats to specialty workshops, we'll help you reach your unique goals quickly.
